JourneyWell is a small, deliberate studio led by a husband-and-wife team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We produce, edit, and ship content for brands that are tired of pretending content is happening.
We started JourneyWell in 2022 with a simple question: why do most founder podcasts feel like Zoom calls — and most agency content feel like spam?
Four years later, we've built a studio and a system designed to make neither happen to your brand. Tim runs strategy, production, and the studio floor. Melodie runs operations, client experience, and the editorial standard.
It's a small operation by design. We take on a deliberate number of brands per quarter so the work stays exceptional — not because we're trying to be exclusive, but because content that compounds requires real focus.
Most founder content lives in two failure modes. Either you do it yourself — and ship one LinkedIn post a quarter because you're running a company — or you hire an agency that produces something polished and forgettable that nobody can tell came from you.
JourneyWell was built for the third path. A real studio you can walk into. A real editorial team behind it. A system that turns one recording into a month of content. And a calendar that runs without you having to babysit it.
We've been refining the system with 15+ founder brands. Two Dudes And, Smile Spa, Melara, Bonvenu Bank, She's Built Different — each one tested and broke the system in different ways. What's left is what works.
Real content compounds. Polished content that ships in 8 weeks loses to good content that ships in two. We optimize for cadence first, polish second.
All masters, all brand assets, all feeds. We don't lock you into our infrastructure. If you leave, you take everything with you.
No generic AI slop. Every piece of content goes through human editorial. If it could've been written by anyone, it shouldn't have your name on it.
Quarterly authority audits. Real metrics. Honest answers when something isn't working. We're operators, not vendors.
The studio is in Baton Rouge. We work with clients globally — most of our editorial team is remote. If you're local and want to come tour the studio, we'll happily host you for an hour. Just ask.
Whether it's one studio session or a full system — start the conversation.
